How do I temporarily close a connection for maintenance?
Answer
If you are able to access and edit on the Mapping dashboard, follow the steps below to reroute traffic in your venue
Login to your venue
Click on the Mapping tab
Select the Draw tool (E)
Select the path between the Connection node and the other node it is attached to (Path layer)
Delete the path by pressing Delete on your keyboard
Save Map (CTRL + S)
Build Directions (CTRL + B)
When you’re ready to re-open the Connection, select the node using the Draw Tool (E), then right click on the node the path you deleted was previously attached to. It will re-create the path.
Save and Build Directions.
