Getting access to Mappedin
If you are new to Mappedin and need access to your venue either send us an email directly or have one of your colleagues with an account email us.
What we need from you:
Name
Email
Venue(s) you need access to
Once we make your account you will receive an email with a link to set a password. You may need to check your spam folder. Then do the following:
Click on the link in the email and create a password.
If you are not automatically redirected to cms.mappedin.com after setting your password you can search it or click the link here.
Once at cms.mappedin.com you will see a page asking for your email and password. Enter them into their respective fields.
You will then be shown a QR code. Scan that into a 2FA authenticator app of your choice.
Once scanned you will see an entry created in your authenticator app with a code under it. Use that code to login.
SSO-Linked Organizations
We support SSO-linking with your organization's accounts and ours. If your SSO is linked to ours then follow these steps:
Click on the link in the email and create a password.
If you are not automatically redirected to cms.mappedin.com after setting your password you can search it or click the link here.
Once at cms.mappedin.com you will see a page asking for your email and password. Enter just your email.
The password button will disappear and you will be shown just a login button. Click it.
You will be redirected to your organization's SSO login page. Login on that page using your SSO email and password.
You will be shown a page that asks you to link your accounts, click continue and enter your email and password. Note: You need to use your email and newly set Mappedin password.
The accounts will then be linked and you can sign in using your SSO from now on.
Getting access to Analytics
If your account has access to analytics you will see the option appear in cms.mappedin.com. If you do not see it reach out to [email protected] and it can be added to your account. If you do see it, click on it, you will be redirected to our analytics page. You will most likely be shown an Access is Denied message, ignore it and click Sign in with Mappedin.
